CNN FlashDocs is releasing a Beyoncé documentary about her Cowboy Carter's impact on the other Black artists in country music. The production will be available on a streaming service where the BeyHive can watch the exploratory documentary.
Beyoncé 'Call Me Country' Documentary Streaming Partner
According to Billboard, CNN FlashDocs has inked an agreement with Max, formerly HBO Max, to stream Call Me Country: Beyoncé & Nashville's Renaissance.
The documentary explores the impact of Beyoncé's sensational Cowboy Carter on other black music artists in the country music scene. Reportedly, the doc will include interviews from Brothers Osborne, Rhiannon Giddens, Rissi Palmer, Aaron Vance, and Denitia, along with cultural critics and experts like Touré and co-directors of the Black Opry, Holly G. and Tanner D.
Cowboy Carter features Black country artists, including Reyna Roberts, Tiera Kennedy, Shaboozey, Willie Jones, Tanner Adell, Brittney Spencer, and Linda Martell. Country icons Willie Nelson and Dolly Parton also appeared on the album.

Beyoncé' Cowboy Carter' Success
Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter has already spent two weeks atop the Billboard 200 chart, making it the first country album by a Black artist to debut atop the genre-blending chart.
The critically acclaimed album even earned the approval of former First Lady Michelle Obama.
"@Beyoncé, you are a record-breaker and history-maker. With Cowboy Carter, you have changed the game once again by helping redefine a music genre and transform our culture. I am so proud of you!" she said on Instagram in a lengthy message to the pop star.
According to Obama, the album is a "reminder that despite everything we've been through," we can still dance, sing, and be who we are "unapologetically." She added that Cowboy Carter reminded everyone that "we ALL have power."
Several publications tipped their hats to Beyoncé for her ambitious and triumphant escapade into the country music genre.
Beyoncé joined an elite circle in which only Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj are in -- the only female artists who have charted over 100 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. In the album's first week on the chart, all 23 songs ranked inside the genre-blending singles chart.
